Money Farm
If you want to be able to get all the upgrades that you want as your playing the game or need some extra money for notoriety, there is a simple way to get money.


After you have completed a mission that you can do relatively easy and fast ( I recommend vintage year because it takes about 5 minutes), do the level and try to kill just the targets. For vintage year, you will need the sniper rifle and silenced pistol (if you prefer).

Run into the complex and wait to go into the wine cellar( there is a guard to the left that will try to stop you) and then follow Manuel till he gets to the very first door and use whatever means of silent killing you prefer. Dump him in the container and go back to where you start the mission and make a right heading towards the water fall and hangar pathway.

Don't shoot the guard otherwise you will lose about 50,000 dollars. Watch the map until Delgado goes out on the balcony to smoke his cigar. At this time, unload your sniper rifle (assuming the coast is clear) and take him out. Put away your sniper rifle and run down the zig zag pathway that leads you to the seaplane. Don't shoot the worker or the guards and just escape in the seaplane.

If you only killed the two mission targets, you will have recieved a bonus of 150,000 dollars. It's quick, its easy, and its a lot of money for a little work.

If you want to be able to get all the upgrades that you want as your playing the game or need some extra money for notoriety, there is a simple way to get money.

Complete a level and earn as little amount of money as possible, (you can do this by killing everyone, leaving your custom weapons on the ground and not retrieving your suit). After the level the mission stats will come up, continue past the newspaper scene and save at the between mission screen.

Now complete the mission again but earn as much money as possible, (you can do this by taking all of your custom weapons with you, retrieving your suit, using clean weapons like syringes or fiberwire to kill your targets, and sedatives on non-targets. NOTE: IF YOU KILL A CIVILIAN OR ANY OTHER NON-TARGET IT WILL LOWER YOUR RATING BONUS, and not letting anyone see you doing your business). Now save the game just before you escape the map.

After the level the mission stats will come up, you can look through the stats but DO NOT GOT TO THE NEWSPAPER. Press B until you get to the initial stats screen and press Y to restart the mission, ignore the warning pop-up. Once the mission has started up again load the game you just saved before escaping and escape. The difference in money you have earned from the first mission where you were going for the least amount and the second where you went for the most will be added every time you escape.

DON’T RESTART THE MISSION FROM THE IN-GAME START MENU DURING A MISSION, YOU WILL HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. Once you have got the desired amount of money continue past the newspaper scene and SAVE. For this method of getting money I suggest the mission A NEW LIFE (if you do it right you should get 270,000 every escape).

Cheat Mode


Use Notepad to edit the hitmanbloodmoney.ini file in the game folder. Add the following line to the end of the file: "EnableCheats" (without the quotes)


Press [C] while playing to display the cheat menu. Press Up/Down to highlight a cheat option, then press [Enter] or Left/Right to toggle that option. 0 disables the cheat, while 1 enables it.
Show OSD: Toggle on screen display
Invisible Mode: Toggle invisibility
God Mode: Toggle God mode
Give Some: No effect
InfAmmo: Unlimited ammunition
Show enemy vision: No effect
GiveAll: No effect
InfClip: Unlimited ammunition in current clip
Test Cloth: Cycle through disguises in current level
Complete level: All objectives completed in current level
Time Multiplier: Speed up time; "10" is highest value
Teleport: Teleport through level's waypoints
Beam here: Teleport to pointer location Win Mission
After enabling cheats, press [Shift] + [C] during game play to complete the current mission. If used at the start of the mission, it will complete it with a "Silent Assassin" rank.

Instant Level Complete
After enabling the in-game cheat menu, press Shift-C at any time during the level to complete the mission with your current stats; using this code at the beginning of a level will net you a Silent Assassin rating.

Dancing Agent 47
On the level "The Murder of Crows" there are three bars - Salsa, Rock and Blues. Once you have acquired the appropriate costume for your bar of choice, go in and stand amongst the dancers and then leave the controller alone.
After a few minutes 47 will start to get his groove on with the ladies and start dancing. You can move the camera around to watch him but don't touch the movement control or he will stop.

Bring All weapons with you
Go to the start screen and press : Triangle, Triangle, Square, O, R1, O, R2, X, X this cheat will allow you to have ALL weapons on a level.

Extra Mission and Alternate Ending
During the Requiem sequence at the end of the game where Agent 47 is laid to rest, keep tapping up on the left analog stick while the credits are rolling to revive him and play a hidden level. Complete the level and you will be able to view an alternate ending.

Alternate main menu
Successfully complete the game to change the background of the main menu.

Intel at no cost
Purchase all the intel when a mission starts. Make a not of it, then pause game play and choose to restart the mission. You will have your original starting money, and the intel will now be available for purchase again even though you know what it contained.

Newspaper headlines
After completing a level, the newspaper information varies depending on how you did. If you did poorly, the paper will say so in the paragraph. If you shoot very little and use mostly hand to hand it will say that there is not enough information to make a ranked description of you. High accuracy states you are a well trained marksman. Try doing the level differently to see different headlines.

Requiem: Control ending sequence
On the final level "Requiem", Diana will give you the antidote to the death serum. You will fade in and out of life (power bar rises and drops to the beat of Agent 47's heart) while the credits roll. If you do nothing, the game ends. However, if you press [R3] + [L3] + [Square] + [Circle] + [X] + [Triangle], you will come back to life and your mission will be leave no witnesses.


Alternately, move the [Left Analog-stick] when Agent 47 is on the grave while the credits are running.

The original release was not stealth patch or iXtreme compatible with broken video. I've patched it with NTSC PFI.bin and PAL DMI.bin, and corrected the video with abgx

I've tested the game on PAL Xbox 360 console with
Hitachi v78 drive and it runs perfectly.

Unlockable Real Ending


The ending where 47 dies at the end of the game (on Requiem) is not the game's real ending. What you need to do to achieve the real ending is to move the left joystick (it may be mouse or keypad on PC) back and forth (during the credits) until a surprise occurs.
Note that you will need to quickly eliminate all the witnesses in the level. All the guards in the main chapel carry weapons so you should take them out first. Good luck!

Glitch - Requiem Safe Spot


On the final level Requiem -- where you have to wake up and kill all witnesses in the church -- there is a major glitch. As soon as you wake up, exit the church and head south. There will be two stone mausoleums (or sheds). Enter the one that is furthest away from you.


When the doors are closed, the guards cannot open them, and they will all come running down. You can keep opening and closing the doors as you please without worrying about all the guards rushing in to kill you.

Hint - Waste Not Want Not

It is possible to get enough money to purchase all upgrades but don't buy everything. Some upgrades are replaced by better upgrades, so you should only buy the ones that you are going to use. For example, there might be three levels of silencers but you may not want to waste money on the first and second upgrades, because you can only use the most powerful silencer.hodges450Hint - Blasty, Blasty
Once you've a few more dollars and decided to upgrade your Silver Ballers for more killing power, try using long slides, magnum ammo, full auto, and take two Silver Ballers. Enjoy mayhem.
